Integration Services

The Aquera 360 HR & Identity Integration Platform seamlessly integrates ADP with your organization’s application and identity management ecosystem, ensuring synchronized end-to-end, employee lifecycle processes and automated user account provisioning. These processes include employee on/off-boarding, payroll management, and employee access to directories and downstream applications.

Aquera offers over 800 pre-built connectors for leading business applications, applicant tracking systems, ERPs, learning management systems, ticketing systems, payroll services, and identity directories.

Integration Services

Third-Party HCM Sync to ADP Payroll

  • For organizations using ADP payroll with third-party HCMs or another system of record, Aquera synchronizes into ADP the changes resulting from the JML events in the source of record. Aquera supports over 40 HR systems which often serve as the source of record. Organizations can have more than one source of record.

Candidate Onboarding into ADP

  • As soon as candidates are hired from your ATS of choice, including ADP Recruiting Management, candidates are automatically synchronized into ADP, ITSMs, and identity directories to support pre-boarding and day one productivity.

Automated User Account Provisioning

  • Employees are automatically provisioned into your identity directory (such as Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and any LDAP-based directories) and downstream applications using Aquera’s library of 800+ out-of-the-box application connectors, ensuring employees have appropriate access as they join, move within and leave the organization. Automated user provisioning is available for Identity Directories including Active Directory and Okta via the Aquera Identity Sync Bridge on ADP Marketplace.

Automated JML Ticket Generation

  • Aquera automates the generation of tickets in your service desk application for employee lifecycle events to ensure all manual tasks are initiated immediately when needed, including pre-ordering laptops or other frontline equipment for new hires, manually provisioning accounts that are not automated, and initiating all manual actions for departing employees.

5x12 support

  • This service is the usual break-fix product support desk supporting product issues of various priorities ranging from P1 to P4. Open hours are 6am to 6pm PST. 7x24 support is available for an additional fee.

Consulting support

  • Included in the Basic Editions are 2 consulting hours (1 hour per use case) to help with the implementation. Additional consulting hours are available in bundles of 10 hours for an additional fee to be used within 12 months of purchasing the bundle.
